On the size of a business card write down you motivation for learning a language. This can function as a mission statement for why you want learn a language. This motivation for learning a language could be even a photo or even something like a keychain with the Eiffel tower, if French is your target language for example. It could be a picture of a girl or a motto like “Ad majorem Dei gloriam”. But if you know the why in life the how is easy. So concretely write down your why, regarding language learning, and look at it once a day.
