Do dolphins speak the language of creatures living on Jupiter?

Scientists study the language of animals not just to learn more about the animals and their behavior, but also to learn about the human brain and how it’s connected to language. Yet on another level it’s to understand communication in general. Dolphin language has been both hyped and pooh pooed but objectively dolphins are both charming and linguistically gifted.  Read more about Dolphins and language and believe it or not if they speak the language of the creature living on Jupiter.  I am curious what people think about the language of these amazing creatures.
