Russian girls everywhere but no Russian

No Russian needed to speak to Russian girls

I went on vacation to Egypt with my wife.  I met a British guy around 27, athletic normal looking, who was there with his dad.  He was there for 2 weeks with his dad to look at the fish in the water.  Pretty nice chap.  Looking at fish on vacation for 2 weeks with your dad sounds great. In fact it was the 5th time.  However, in the hotel I was in there were 90 percent Russians and many single beautiful Russian girls.  I asked why he did not go up to them and just talk to them and get and e-mail address for a long-term correspondence.  His reply was he did not speak Russian.   I could not believe it.  He was in a hotel full of beautiful Russian girls on vacation and he did not want to talk with them because he did not speak Russian.  My first thought was, try.  Just say anything.  Print off Russian phrases from the Internet.  To this day he was a puzzle to me.  When I met my wife I could not speak Polish and she could not speak English, now we speak both and are happily married.  He went back to looking at the fish in the ocean with his dad.

I agree it’s not hard to say hello and ask if they speak English and many times even if they do not then a friend in the group of them may speak English. People may be surprised but many Russian girls are not average by any means and many times they speak two to three languages and understand a bit in a few other languages. Also I would say Russian girls even if they are not interested in you are more then willing to speak to you after all you never know they my just have a friend who likes you very much…
