Curry and the brain
Curry or cumin is good for the brain. One long term anti oxidant that is reality safe is curry (when used moderately, I think it can think the blood a little). Curcumin, also known as turmeric, is a natural spice that has high levels of phenols Curry’s curcumin is a potent antioxidants that prevent cell damage caused by free radicals. Curry is more a preserver of the brain then a builder. I love the taste and curry smells better than garlic. So if you like Indian food, it’s a good way to increase brain longevity. I think bascally a diet with a rainbow of colors is the bests. Curry is brillant yellow and these colors are manifestations of antioxidants, like the blue is in blueberries which is also a brain defender.
