“It is the moral obligation of people working in a given country to make an effort to learn its language,” Krutov, a State Duma deputy from the Rodina faction of A Just Russia, said Friday.

Nigdy nie będziesz wiedział czy znasz polski lub rosyjski dobrze (lub wystarczająco dobrze) jeśli nie spróbujesz zdać oficjalnego egzaminu.

I think I will have to really study. Its all a matter of time. To speak Polish is one thing, but to get all the cases down, its another. I make mistakes with the endings still. I think spelling is easy in Polish. Reading not bad. Conversation fine work, but writing for me is hard this is where you see small mistakes. This will take time for me to study, but I think after I get my program out I will have more time to clean up my Polish, and then maybe the exam. I love studying and reading in Polish.

To bardzo wygodne dla mnie pisać po polsku, ale - I think you really speak in foreign language when you can read poetry (and understand, of course) and it’s very, very hard.
    I read about you programm,
I tried to use some, programms are good for practice grammar, sometimes for vocabulary, but I’m not sure whether it’s the best way to learn.

After teaching and learning for years, I think everyway is the best way. Try everything. You may try learning for movies, then get tired of this way and then try grammar, then try reading. I think every way is good. My friends that have learned Slavic languages, all agree every think you do helps. What is the best way? I think to start you need to here the language over and over again. The key is blood, sweat and tears. And try not to think of ilearning a language, like I know it or I do not. Think of learning language as , ok you already speak Polish but you just want to improve. I speak English but and still learning and I am a native speaker.
