Yes, This year 2008, there was another candidate for president that was on the ballot in ten US states and he was not born in the US and not a citizen. He was born in Nicauagua and living in the US on a Visa, he was the socialist party, canidate but made it on the ballot in ten states. It was clearly a violation but no one cared. Do not assume anything. Do not take things to granted. Expore things with your own objective mind. Be skeptical and open.

My view: Obama is a US citizen, but show us respect and just show your birth certificate. Maybe he is a natural born citizen but he also might have something to hide. I would like someone to look at his birth certificate as there is a reasonable case that questions his citizenship. I am think the constitution is more important than my poltical views. Obama, I think he has many good ideas, but I do not agree with many of his other ideas. But lets look at why people are saying he is not a citizen.
There is a case that says Obama is not a natural born citizen. US law says you must be a US Citizen to be president of the USA. A natural born Citizen of the USA. Obama might now be. Further, Obama has not presented his birth certificate to prove he is a citizen of the US. The Supreme court of the USA has ordered this but he has not produced his Birth Certificate. Why? Obama is not a US citizen or he has bigger fish to fry than to responded to this.
Obamacrimes is a site that talks about this: Obama’s citizenship has not been is established. It is run by a respected democrat (Obama’s party) that is not some conspiracy guy, but rather a lawyer whose goal to defend the US constitution. If Obama is not a citizen then what he as done is a crime.

Obama was not born in the USA and never was a US citizen, this is according to his own family. His own grandmother (and others) claims he was born in Kenya. His grandmother stated ’she was there when Barack Obama was born in Kenya’. She said she saw it with her own eyes. Further, His mother could not fly in the 9th month of her pregnancy because airlines restrictions about flying when pregnant is true. Is Obama a US citizen? I think not. Does the US consitution matter? Yes, but it puzzles me why to Obama it seems not to? Is Obama above the law?
Kenyan Official states Obama was born in Kenya
Although I have not confirmed this a high ranking Official from Kenya does say Obama was born in Kenya. Further under HI law you can get a live birth certificate and not be born in HI. Its something different then a Birth Certificate. Therefore, you can be born in Kenya and have a HI live birth. So there could be true to this.
Obama document looks fake to me
Someone on Obama’s team presented some document, not the birth certificate. In my opinion this document is fake. I know photoshop and am a techy, and it looks fact if you look at it close enough, you have to enlarge the image and see the contrast with the background. Do it yourself and see it is fake. I could create it better actually in Photoshop. In my mind Obama’s live birth was not created with a typewriter in 1961. To me Obama’s citizenship is in question.
Again some people have said his mother flew after birth to HI and then registarted Obama, therefore there is no real birth certificate. And yes you can simply registar your birth in Hawaii in 1962 for up to 1 year after the birth with no doctors certificate required.
Obama is given until December 1st to reply. He has not been ordered by the court but only requested. This would not only be a constitutional crisis but also a crime if he really was not born here and has lived his whole life illegally.
Obama and the Supreme court
I believe the constitution was written for a reason in the way. So foreign influences like we saw in Europe do no imped the democratic process. Why has Obama not responded about his US citizenship?
If not Obama why not Putin
I mean if Obama is not a US citizen and his citizenship does not matter to people as it seems not to to some, why not have Putin as the next president after Obama.

Obama is Indonsian not US citizen
In 1981, the 20-year-old adult, Obama travelled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport - the passport of a nation which does NOT allow dual citizenship - thereby proving that Obama considered himself to have been a citizen of Indonesia and NOT a citizen of the United States of America. To be Indonesian he could not be US citizen.

FactCheck is an Obama organization, which Obama has open ties with. They are not objective, they did not produce the real birth certificate nor are they experts on false documents., which in my opinion the short form on their website is. Look for yourself in photoshop.
Obama, citizenship and natural born
There is also a case that is being taken seriously as to how the constitution defines a natural born citizen. Because of the lack of reference to this term in the 14th amendment there is a good argument that even if Obama was born in HI, he still would not be a natural born citizen as define by the constitution. Too complex to get into here, but it is a reasonable arguement.
Obama and honesty
There are many other issues.
His family gave contradictory states on which hospital he was born in in Hawaii, I think they should have got their story straight. I know the hospital I was born in.
Obama said he was never a Muslim, yet on his records in Indonesia it clearly states he declared himself a Muslim.
In the USA he said he never has any other name, yet this is untrue as he had several including an Indonesian legal name.
I want honesty in government before stardom.
Obama citizenship: I care more about the US constitution
This is why as an American citizen I want to see the full birth certificate one real paper with a seal and signature looked at. I care less about the election mania than I do about honesty in government. I would like nothing more than Obama put this issue to rest by presenting to the supreme court his real orginal Birth certificate in paper in hand of experts in the court. My question is why does he not do this? My opinion? Like his family says, he was not born in the USA. Obama might have something to hide.

The fact is
1) Factcheck.org or fat check as some call it is an pro Obama organization.
2) The document shown looks false not only to me but by experts.
3) Obama could clear this up by just showing the real birth certificate

He is American, no doubting it…
His mother was American at the time of his birth. I am sorry, but that is all he needs to be born a citizen. My daughter was born in Korea, but she is not Korean, she is American. I have known many Americans who have been married to a non-American and lived in a foreign country at the time of their baby’s birth, their offspring is always considered American unless they take measures to make that not the case.

This does NOT prove anything. If Korea granted my daughter a Korean passport (which they cannot legally do), would I be obligated not to take it if I consider her American? Of course not, just because she were to be granted a passport in a country that does not allow duel citizenship would be no basis for anyone to make assumptions about what I or SHE considers herself to be.
However, bottom line is that Obama was born to an American mother-that makes him American.

Greg are you joking? Did you not read any of this? Obama needs to be a natural US citizen according to the US constitution. If he was born of a US parent in Kenya who was not 21 at the time he is not a natural US citizen. Arnold is a US citizen but not a natural US citizen. Big big difference. Arnold can not be President. What is why people want to see his birth certificate. I am not saying he is or is not. I am saying its only fair and the honest thing to do, it do put to rest this issue.

My daughter is a natural US citizen! Her parents are American. She only needed one. I did read this article, and if Obama’s mother was American then it does not matter where he was born, he is a natural American citizen.

I have read site after site, because of the Dec. 1 date by Justice Suiter. If four justices concurred, there has to be a reason, however someone said it was not an order. It seems to boil down to whether you need two parents who are American to qualify as natural born, or just one, and is there an age factor?
His mother is American,and she was 18. His father was not a US citizen. It says “to US parent(s). The other thing is if he gave up citizenship, as some assert he could not get a passport in Indonesia unless he took Indonesian citizenship.
I actually do not expect him to respond. He has a cult following, to whom these issues do not matter, it does not matter to him. He is not yet under compulsion, as I understand it. He sees himself as above improving the confidence of the people, however? Perhaps we are not in his pay scale?
The Supreme court will not have to make a determination on the parentage issue if he ignores them? California, is full of hacks at the courts from my past experience in various kinds of filings. Keyes does have standing, because he is a candidate. But does he have cause? Heresay they could say. God Obama has said he is entitled. Mc Cain did present extensive documents, because he respects the law, and the people. Obama does not produce records, because he is what? Above us too? Not what the party vowed to do, I’d say. Obama is a big greenpea, and he ran on a false anti-war propaganda campaign, when he never even held a single, meeting while chariman of the Afghanistan oversight committee. The reason for taking out the regime were numerous, and necessary.
He may wind up to be non Indonesian, and one parent will qualify him, but he is green as green, and naive just like his uneducated followers. His Harvard schooling qualifies him to be what? Plenty go to college. He will wind up retracting everything he ran on!!
He already has stated there will be no tax revsions for two years. And He got his first few intelligence briefings no doubt and found out what the world is doing..

@ Sharon, You have made a clear, logical statement. The problem is Obama it is very hard for people to look honestly and objectively about Obama. I hope that Obama can simply be honest and present his birth certificate and clarify the issue about his other passports so the Obama citizenship issue is settled one way or another.

This is nuts! The State of Hawaii has stated officially that President-Elect Obama was born there and that his birth certificate is, indeed, real.
People actually think that they can stop the inaguration by stupid, frivilous lawsuits.
The people have chosen. Get over it.No higher court is going to block the inaguration over this ludicrousness.

Facts,
1) No one in HI said Obama was born in HI. They said they have a birth certificate for Obama.
2) Foreigners routinely obtained HI birth certificates in 1961 even though they were born in other countries. It was part of HI law you can registar a birth there even if born in Kenya.
3) I have a Polish birth certificate! But I was born in Philadelphia.

1)What about the fact Obama became an Indonsian citizen? A country that does not accept dual citizens?
Truth
Obama might be a US born US citizen. He has some good ideas and might be an ok president. But he is has not been honest about 1) his former names 2) his former religion 3) a few other things.
Therefore, because there is reasonable evidence like sworn statements and family member interviews that claim he was born in Keyna, he could show respect and order the 12 dollar birth certificate and show the Judges so this is all put to rest.

Obama is a UNITED STATES citizen, but he is NOT a Citizen of the United States of America.
A UNITED STATES citizen MAY NOT become president, but a Citizen of the United States of America CAN.
This is quite simple and just requires some reading of the Constitution.
The DNC protected itself by its claim the Obama was a UNITED STATES citizen, but you will note they never said he was a Citizen of the United States of America.
As for getting a Passport, obe MUST provide a signed certified ORIGINAL copy of a birth, showing the City, State. A certified COPY is NOT allowed. It must be the ORIGINAL or and ORIGINAL COPY signed in ink.
