Speak a languages like Jason Bourne

One of my favorate movies has been the Bourne Identity films.  Jason Bourne a very bad guy turned good, or at least seeks redemption has amazing language abilities. He speaks many language without effort as a result of intensive language training from some special goverment program.  I would love to have this ability to go in and out of numerous language without effort.  The actor Matt Damon, speaks German and Russian very well in the movies. To get the pronunciation down that well in Russian and German he must have had to practice alot.
