However, it has a few extra letters and accents to accommodate the complex sounds in the Polish language. For example, letters like this: 'Łodż i Kraków są świetne". What you also saw was a Polish person writing in a European style. I think Europeans write even our normal alphabet in with different handwriting, but they are the same letters.
