A Japanases company that makes high speed trains plans to upgrade the Russian transsiberian rail and the trip from Europe to China and visa versa, will only take 2 days by rail. However, this transsiberian upgrade project will take decades to fully complete, so do not buy your Russian transsiberian express ticket yet.
