Watch films and movies to learn languages

How to make every film, even English language films a foreign language film in your target language.

Watching films for language gives you four basic options: First, subtitles, second, lecture, third, dubbing. And fourth you can watch the film in its original language.

For language learning the best is subtitles with the original language, both. At least for me, this is the case, because I can stop and go and listen and read. Next, I would say watching the film in some foreign language and reading it in your target language. For example, I watched the Russia film ‘night watch’ with Russian language and I read Polish subtitles. In this way, I had time to watch, and try to get the idea which I was viewing/reading; whereas if I just listened, instead of reading, the words go to fast.

An other idea is to translate a target language movie into English. Then put the subtitles on the internet as a real contribution to movie watchers. It is fun and you will make a contribution to something. On the web there are multi language databases for film subtitles you can download or contribute to.
