How did you meet the girl you’ve been talking to? I think Romanian women are amazing (know a few from TN and a few from my time in Afghanistan while being stationed on the same basis). The way they are brought up and their outlook on life is so much more attractive than the typical Western woman. I’m interested in how you two met. I’m trying to find the same.

Around ten years ago I was sent to Romania to set up a contract for my company, based in Bucharest I however worked in a place called Movalita. During many visits I gained the confidence on many people and became very good friends will all (both genders).

I have read many comments on here and one that caught my attention was about 60 percent only wanting your money! In my personal experience I found the complete opposite, in fact a group of over worked and under paid staff took us out for a meal ( their way of saying thanks for being nice I guess, and there were four of us) they clubbed together to pay for the meal and naughty we kept ordering wine and more wine to make the bill expensive and see their reaction, it was amazing and absolutely wonderful to find that level of sincerity, we were never going to allow them to pay but it was a gauge to these people’s generosity.

Following this I knew of the morals that are in abundance within this nations people men and woman, and it there after became my favourite country. Now why then am I messaging you now after ten years, it is simple, I now work in the middle east and want to get pen pals from Romania but I will not go onto the bad sites to do so, I just want to reconnect with genuine Romanians, can you advise me of places to search, to find pen pals etc?

Oh and one last thing, Romania like its people, is a beautiful nation

I like dating older woman I never date girls around my age.but it is about maturity too. She told me I am more mature than previous guys she dated. maybe its same maturity level. But you said for life reasons also? like what? Oh I can’t find your contact page, new to this site.

There are not rules. I have two good friend whose wives are eight years older. Ben Franklin recommended it. Yet on the other hand I married someone 13 years younger. I think it works better if the girl is younger for maturity and life reasons. I think there are no rules in life, enjoy your life one day at a time as no one knows when our time is up here.

Hello everybody or should I say “Ce mai faceti”? I am a witness. I swear that am a witness to what this man is saying about the beauty of Romanian women.

Back in 2008 I had the opportunity to spend three months in a very lovely area of northern Romania called “Maramures”(Romania is devided into counties or judetul much like states the 50 states we have in the US)and I’ll tell you that the average beauty for the Romanian woman is to die for.

I am an american male of 43 years of age and my first trip to Romania was unforgettable in every sence of the word. Before I went to Romania I did about a year’s private language instruction in Romanian (I speak fluent french and Italian and due to the fact that Romanian is a language of latin origin it isn’t hard to learn at all!) with my teacher who comes from Baia Mare by the way the way she is without a doubt among one of the most beautiful of women I have ever laid eyes on.

This article really amused me (especially the comments) and it was interesting to find a little bit more on how other people see my country/culture. There would be a lot of things to say, of course, but one thing I must, is that Romania is still a mystery for foreigners; people have no clue on who we really are, the way we are, our legacy etc. All they ‘know’ is made up by pieces heard on TV or smoke in the air, and not given a short trip over here could make you understand the depths of our true nature – for that you must take a little more time. In my opinion takeing your time is worth while. I do belive that there is something good and ancestral in your veins, mystery given for us.

PS the women are astonishing.

Reason#1. Romanian girls brownies-Romanian girls are famous for being the best brownie bakers in the world.
Reason#2. Long Legs-Romanian girls have legs up to they’re belly buttons.
Reason#3. High Heels-Romanian girls wear “big” high heels, mamma, so if your ever walking on a path in a forest and encounter a wolf, a Romanian girl can take off her shoe and hit it with her “big” high heel. Also, in the fall, when the nuts get ripe and fall off the trees, Romanian girls like to use they’re high heel boots to stamp open the nuts, although Romanian girls deny doing this, it’s true.
Reason#4. Romanian girls energy-There are those who say, Romanian girls are like little balls of energy, because they like to keep active, explore new things, and like to be adventurous. This makes it hard to ever get bored with a Romanian girl!
Reason#5. Traditionalism-A large portion of Romanian girls are still soft, sweet, and feminine. They still believe in love, romance, marriage, and family. And unlike western women, Romanian girls still know the difference between masculine and feminine. Also, they’re not “shoot the bed nuts” like American women are!
Reason#6. Romanian girls hair-Romanian girls have long, soft, silky hair that tumbles down their backs. In fact, some Romanian girls have hair almost all the way down to they’re butt crack! I Love It!
Reason#7. Romanian girls are funny -I’ve heard people say that Romanian girls really hate air current. They say that if your riding in a car or on a trolly, not to dare open a window, or the Romanian girl will start screaming like you’re trying to kill her! Is that true? Because if it is, I can hardly wait to go to Romania and try this out on my Romanian girl friend!
Reason#8. Romanian girls are full of pepper-Romanian girls are sugar and spice and everything nice. But at the same time they do have a certain amount of piss and vinegar in them, which really sounds good to me because I like the idea of mild and spicy in the same package. Romanian girls fiery passion probably keeps things exciting!
Reason#9. Romanian girls skin-Romanian girls are famous for their smooth, flawless skin. This could be because Romanian girls are big cheese eaters. Some say that the sheep cheese Romanian girls eat has something in it which makes their skin beautiful. Is that true?
Reason#10. Romanian girls Love nature-I hear tell that Romanian girls tend to be very connected to nature. This sounds good to me because I Love spending time in the mountains and forests. And the best part is that I don’t need to be afraid of werewolves because, as long as my Romanian girl is with me, she could use her “big” high heels to impale the werewolf.
